I have lived in the area my whole life, with one exception, when I left and served our country for over 8 years in the Army.  Upon returning home, I started working for a small mortgage brokerage as a loan processor.  After a short period of time I moved to a loan officer position and excelled in outside sales.  For a period of time I worked as a Realtor and loan officer, providing for my clients a full service agent.  I left real estate in the late 90’s to pursue a mortgage banker career.  I worked hard and learned my trade well enough to be moved into management.   There I worked for the top mortgage bankers in the nation. I have always believed that if you work hard enough for someone you will be rewarded.  That reward is knowing that I helped someone sell their house and buy a new home.  For that young first time home buyer get into their first home and answering all their questions through the process so that they are comfortable in the decision that they made.   In my real estate career, I have listed, sold both residential and commercial properties.  I pride myself on excellent service, with that I mainly work from referrals only.  With my extensive knowledge of the industry, I will be able to help you transition through your transaction with a piece of mind that the decisions that you make are informed ones.
